FAQ

How much do sessions cost?
£60 for 50 minutes.

How often should I be doing therapy?
I suggest we start at weekly sessions to help with the therapeutic process, with being the same time slot every week but this can be discussed. I have long term and short term clients. I work with an open ended contract but can support you in when to stop.

Do you offer a free consultation?
I don't offer free introduction consultation. New clients book a full first session. This allows us the time to explore what's happening for you right now, discuss how we might work together, and see whether we are a good fit. Your first session is a full and focused hour dedicated entirely to you - not a rushed conversation. There is no obligation to continue after this appointment; you are then free to decide if you'd like to book further sessions once you have experienced how I work.

What can you help me with?
Firstly, I listen. I can't give you answers or advice, because deep down I believe you know the answers yourself. Therapy is not about one person providing answers or solutions to another, but about helping you find them within yourself. Together, we can explore tailored strategies, help you articulate your feelings and experiences. Building a trusting relationship is paramount; I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to express vulnerability without judgment.
What do you use for Online sessions?
I use a unique and personal link for Zoom or Googlemeet

What if I need to cancel a session?
If you can, email me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. If it's less than 48 hours notice then a full session is to be paid.
