As a dedicated therapist in supporting new parents, I understand the unique challenges that come with the transition to parenthood. Many new parents face issues such as postpartum depression (PPD), breastfeeding difficulties, birth trauma, gender disappointment and anxiety about their new responsibilities. My approach is compassionate and tailored to your individual needs, providing a safe space to explore your feelings and experiences. I hope I can be that haven of non-judgment of what you have experienced.
